Virgin Mobile Shopping Cart Redesign

The main goal for this project was to improve the shopping experience for our potential customers online. Previously, the steps weren't clear and users would get confused and not complete the flow. Working with our analytics expert, we identified the problem areas, and decided to do a complete redesign of the purchase flow. The whole process took over a year from wireframing to implementation. but today we still continue and strive to improve the online shopping experience anyway we can.
