In 2014, I was part of a major project to design and develop an App for our customers that would allow them to browse their services, view and pay their bills, monitor their usage (data, minutes, text) and plans and add-ons. I worked closely with an agency that developed the UX/UI, and I was tasked with Art Direction and giving input on how to improve the UX , in order to fit our brand and our customers needs.
